About

Begin Linux is an independent, free learning path for Linux system administration, written as a public learning log by a junior administrator working towards professional certification. Every guide is tested on current Ubuntu, Debian and Fedora releases before it is published.

The domain beginlinux.org previously hosted a catalogue of training courses operated by a commercial training provider until around 2016. This site is a new project under new ownership and is not affiliated with that provider or with beginlinux.com.
